A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of federal funds out
of the treasury from the balance of federal moneys remaining
unappropriated for fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-eight, to the
department of transportation -- office of the secretary,
account no. fund 8782, fiscal year 1998, organization 0801,
supplementing and amending the appropriation for fiscal year
ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-eight.
Whereas, The governor has established the availability of
federal funds for continuing programs now available for
expenditure in the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June,
one thousand nine hundred ninety-eight, which are hereby
appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-eight, to
account no. fund 8782, fiscal year 1998, organization 0801, be
supplemented and amended by increasing the total appropriation by
five hundred twenty-six thousand five hundred seventy dollars in
the line item as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement this account in the budget act for fiscal year
ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-eight, by adding five hundred twenty-six thousand five
hundred seventy dollars to the existing appropriation for the development of the West Virginia regional transpark for
expenditure during fiscal year one thousand nine hundred
ninety-eight.
